Fever-pitch preparation for Best Eco Nook going on
With barely two days before the Charter Day Celebration, all CSC administrative divisions, units, and colleges, including student body organization DYNAMIC RESPONSE TO ECO-NOOK CONTEST - College of Arts and Science Faculty Members-Prof. Eufrecina T. Del Agua, Prof. Josephine V. Torrente, and Ms. Chit Lorenzana-attempt a full jumpshot while having their break from their college's eco-park work.offices, are now busy preparing for the Best Eco-Friendly Nook competition.

The contest is part of the CSC administration’s advocacy and renewed drive to instill consciousness and spur environmental protection and preservation through its ‘CSC as an Eco-Ville community’ campaign.

The administrative units, colleges and student organization nooks will be rated according to their delineation and showcasing of the institution’s philosophy, vision, goals and objectives, presentation of profile and organization structure, best practices, presence of environment-themed posters, cleanliness, space, lighting, ventilation, IT resources, and presence of mini garden.

The relevance of display to the celebration and mandate of the office will be also evaluated.

This year's Charter Day theme is "CSC at 41: Reaffirming its Commitment to Service in a Green Environment.

The judging will be done on July 5, 2012 at 8:30 A.M. (GSRubio/PR and Information Services)
