Welcome to our home in the information superhighway.

The quest for transparency and accountability in governance is made even more dynamic by the relentless growth of information and communications technology. Specifically, the emergence and levelling up of social networking sites, blogs and interactive websites have further raised the bar of participatory and proactive interaction among government offices and its clientele.

The Catanduanes State Colleges takes these advancements as opportunities to enable its stakeholders to be informed, empowered and involved. As such, it continues to harness the ever-unfolding potentials of ICT so that it can better carry out its internal and external communication undertakings.

But on top of these, our website synchronizes with the E-Commerce Law, which mandates government agencies to establish their web presence to continually improve service delivery. Through this method, Government to Client (G2C), Government to Business (G2B) and Government to Government (G2G) transactions are efficiently implemented.

We hope to persistently keep in step with the advancements in technology in order to sustain our aim for an excellent, relevant and socially responsible service delivery
